As an Executive Secretary to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
  2. Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters
  5. Maintain and update the CEO’s files and records

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
