Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure financial statements are maintained accurately and in line with company policies and accounting practices.
- Provide monthly and annual financial reports and interpret financial information to the Senior Leadership team and recommend further courses of action.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Assist in the hire and management of the Accounting team, including but not limited to functions performed by Finance Analyst, AP, AR, Payroll and Time and Billing.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for Revenue, Intercompany balances, and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Process and maintain Fixed Asset acquisitions, disposals and depreciation.
- Oversee all Inventory movement and Inventory Counts.
- Prepare Yearly Budget File in consultation with Branch GM.
