Technical Bidding specialist – TASC Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bid Management:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bidding process for technical projects.
• Analyze bid requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive and compliant proposals.
• Prepare and submit technical proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

1. Technical Documentation:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other technical teams to gather and understand project specifications.
• Develop technical content, including project scopes, technical solutions, and methodologies.
• Ensure all technical documents are accurate, clear, and meet client expectations.

1. Client Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the bidding process.
• Address technical queries and provide clarifications as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations throughout the bid process.

1. Proposal Development:

• Lead the development of technical sections of proposals, including technical approach, project management plans, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure proposals are competitive and demonstrate the company’s technical strengths and capabilities.

1. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Review and ensure that all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.

1. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and strategies to inform proposal development and improve competitive positioning.
