Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Digital Plus. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing and web analytics. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing strategies, and ensure effective communication of campaign goals and objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and budget constraints to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Creating digital marketing proposals and budget plans tailored to client needs.
  • Planning, managing, and analyzing digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Email Marketing based on client requirements.
  • Implementing and optimizing campaigns using WebEngage or similar tools (e.g., Clevertap, MoEngage, Braze) for personalized customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Monitoring campaign expenses, adhering to budgets, and estimating monthly costs versus expected conversions.
  • Utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, and Firebase to track and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Implementing strategies for customer retention optimization, including personalized retention campaigns based on advanced data analysis.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and presentation of campaigns according to client specifications.
  • Conducting tests, gathering and interpreting data, and deriving actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Generating comprehensive campaign assessment reports and defining appropriate KPIs for each campaign.
