Operations Manager – ELS

We are looking for a responsible, driven, data oriented and experienced

Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our logistics operations. This role is pivotal in

ensuring operational efficiency, team leadership, and adherence to quality and safety

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, manage and oversee daily logistics and operational activities.

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans and procedures.

• Monitor fleet management and optimize routes to maximize efficiency.

• Communicate and execute company expectations & values to team members.

• Monitor daily KPI’s and take corrective action as necessary.

• Conduct operational audits regularly.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to streamline processes.

• Monitor performance metrics and continuously implement improvements.

• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of professionalism and

excellence.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Manage budget and resource allocation to ensure cost effective operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement in coordination with HR, training programs for staff to ensure

skills and knowledge are up to date.
