Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Support: Provide on-site technical support to resolve issues with AV equipment and systems during events or meetings.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with AV equipment, including connectivity issues, equipment malfunctions, and signal problems.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing.
• Repairs: Conduct repairs or arrange for repairs of faulty equipment and ensure it is restored to optimal performance.

System Configuration and Calibration:

• Configuration: Configure AV systems according to specific event or meeting requirements, including adjusting audio levels, video settings, and display configurations.
• Calibration: Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance, including aligning projectors and tuning audio systems.

Inventory Management:
