- التواصل مع مديري الأقسام لتحديد استراتيجية العمل والأهداف المطلوبة.
- تقدير التكاليف وإعداد الميزانيات الخاصة بعملية الإنتاج.
- تنظيم سير العمل لتلبية المواصفات المطلوبة والإشراف على تحديد المواعيد النهائية للتسليم.
- مراقبة الإنتاج وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بعملية الإنتاج.
- الاشراف على اداء الموظفين الإنتاج والجودة وجميع العاملين في قسم الانتاج.
- تحديد الموارد اللازمة مثل حجم العمالة والمواد الخام وجميع متطلبات عملية الإنتاج.
- الاشراف على اعمال الصيانة وشراء المعدات المطلوبة لتشغيل القسم.
- مراقبة وضمان إخراج منتجات تلبي معايير الجودة.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ إجراءات الاحتياطات الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية وتقديمها الى الادارة العليا.
