An Influencers Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations within a marketing and customer care outsourcing environment. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Operations Coordinator will support the management team in optimizing processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. With a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1.            Having all the information from the sales team to create a campaign.

2.            Communicating with the influencers and getting confirmations.

3.            Follow up on the campaign to make sure influencers are following the brief.

4.            Follow up with the sales team for issues happening within the campaign.

5.            Creating an invitation content for each campaign.

6.            Creating a brief for the influencer for each campaign.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  6. Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
  7. Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  8. Experience in customer service
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
