- Oversee and lead all operational activities of the company in Saudi Arabia
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and achieve operational objectives in alignment with the organization’s overall mission and goals
- Provide visionary leadership to the Project Division, setting clear goals and strategies for project execution; assist the CEO in establishing country level goals, objectives & targets
- Generate business development plan with a vision of continuous increase in business share in the market
- Represent the company at business promotion platforms, committee meetings, and at various formal & informal functions
