IT Operations Manager – Al Qaryan

The IT Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the technology infrastructure and operations within the waste disposal and recycling industry. This position is responsible for ensuring that all IT systems are functioning optimally, supporting business objectives, and driving efficiency in operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT management, particularly in environments that require robust operational support and innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability
• Establish and maintain security protocols and policies
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
• Develop and implement IT initiatives, projects, and solutions
• Manage IT budget and resources
• Effectively manage data backup and the operations of system security, such as firewalls, antivirus, and user authorization.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and IT trends
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Train and mentor team members
• Manage and coordinate IT staff
