Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Italian cuisine under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen.
- Support in the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes.
- Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure they adhere to the restaurant’s standards.
- Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure all food is prepared and plated to the restaurant’s specifications and quality standards.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup and cleanup.
- Handle food allergies and dietary restrictions with care and attention.
