- 7-10 years of related experience of which a minimum of 4-7 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
- Experience in a fast growth environment and a decentralized environment.
- Experience at working in a “performance based” environment to foster it within the team.
Previous experience in Ready Mix industry is preferred
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar or equivalent.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in related fields would be desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Persuasive leadership and influence.
- Strong verbal and written communications capabilities
- Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management.
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
