This is a full-time on-site role for an enthusiactic, active and full of energy Senior Product Manager for a small factory for producing planters pots and indoor and outdoor furniture based in Alexandria, Egypt.

The product manager will be responsible for for leading the product development process, defining product strategy, leading production team, mentoring and training team members, planning, and execution of a product throughout its lifecycle. Your role will bridges the gap between company’s business goals, user needs, and technical development.

Define the product vision and align it with business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Set the long-term roadmap for the product.

Customer Insights:

Understand user needs through research, surveys, and analytics.

Gather and prioritize customer feedback.

Roadmap and Planning:

Create and maintain the product roadmap.

Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams like engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.

Act as the central point of communication for all product-related discussions.

Execution and Delivery:

Define clear product requirements and user stories.

Oversee development cycles and ensure timely releases.

Performance Monitoring:

Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product.

Analyze product performance post-launch and identify improvement areas.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between stakeholders’ expectations and product development.
