- Provide helpdesk services to our internal clients, Students and Trainers
- The documentation, analysis, implementation, testing or modification of network infrastructure based on user or client design specifications.
- Server installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
- Application installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
- Network maintenance, documentation and support
- Network and server performance monitoring and analysis.
- Server and Application security maintenance and review.
- Learning Management system (LMS) support
- Ensure data protection and recoverability for all supported systems.
- . Escalate/communicate issues and concerns as necessary.
- Update users and change permissions for servers
- . Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts.
- . Work with site hosting and support providers to identify and resolve issues
- . Weekly /Monthly assessment report and summary
- . Server and site maintenance including scheduled backups, and conduct periodic test recoveries.
