• As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Efficiently manage project documentation, encompassing contracts, permits, and change orders, to uphold a thorough and well-organized record of the construction process.
• Partner closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop meticulous project plans and schedules, appropriately delegating tasks and responsibilities to the respective team members.
• Your collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors will be vital in formulating meticulous project plans and schedules, efficiently distributing tasks and responsibilities among team members.
• Managing and coordinating all construction-related activities will be your primary responsibility as a Construction Manager, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the utmost regard for safety regulations.
