Accountant – SKR Trading

Accountant required with the below Job description

•            Oversee full-cycle accounting and treasury operations, including bookkeeping, salary processing, and VAT returns

•            Prepare full sets of accounts and ensure timely monthly closures

•            Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting for shareholders

•            Prepare yearly local UAE IFRS reports and coordinate with local consultants in various jurisdictions

•            Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for multiple projects

•            Conduct cash flow forecasting and collaborate with operations and other teams for effective cash flow planning

•            Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

•            Support the development and maintenance of accounting systems for tracking and reporting financial data

•            Liaise with auditors and financial professionals

•            Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects as required

Requirements

•            Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation (preferred)

•            ACCA / CPA / CA / CMA certification is highly desired. Strong IFRS knowledge is required

•            At least FOUR years of accounting experience is preferred

•            Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Excel is required

•            Solid knowledge of VAT and corporate tax in the UAE

•            Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

•            Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

•            Ability to manage multiple projects and businesses effectively
