What you’ll be doing  

 As part of the Business Transformation Initiative, the Training Lead is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training strategies to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of future end-to-end processes and new systems. This role involves designing, delivering, and managing training programs tailored to various user groups within the organization.

You will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the Transformation program and change management goals, in coordination with external vendors.
  • Conduct a thorough training needs analysis to develop training curriculum and materials tailored to the diverse needs of various user groups and functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and change management teams to perform training needs assessments and ensure a unified approach to training initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver training sessions using a variety of methods including workshops, webinars, hands-on practice, train the trainer programs, ensuring a diverse and engaging learning experience.
  • Establish optimal storage locations for training materials by evaluating the current Learning Management System in place, ensuring easy access and organisation of resources for all team members.
  • Manage training schedules, venues, and resources while maintaining training records to ensure smooth execution and documentation of training activities.
  • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, identify learning gaps, and adjust programs based on participant feedback.
  • Stay informed about the latest training methodologies and technologies and implement best practices to enhance training programs.
  • Define, recommend and implement the Business As Usual (BAU) training strategy as the program transitions to BAU.

What you’ll need to succeed  

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Training and Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering effective training program with at least 3 years in leading training initiatives for ERP implementations / large-scale organizational changes.
  • Retail experience is a must.
  • Training delivery on SAP as well as Blue Yonder would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Solution, e-learning tools, and training technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
