Qualification:
• Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the construction industry.
Identify potential clients, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Sales & Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project management, operations, and marketing) to align efforts with business objectives.
• Networking & Brand Development:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, such as architects, developers, contractors, and government agencies.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and market share.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development activities and progress toward goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project cycles, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with government contracts or large-scale commercial projects.
• Existing network of industry contacts, including developers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and market dynamics.
