Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support Lavndry’s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Present and promote Lavndry’s services to potential clients, showcasing the company’s unique value propositions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to drive team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
