Pest Control Technician / Driver – PEST SCIENCE MIDDLE EAST

Driving to clients area where pest control treatment will be done. .Observes and conforms to the company’s Code of Conduct, work instructions, related policies and guidelines for service personnel; and Perform other duties as directed by the Management. •Carrying-out daily pest control activities in accordance with approved service agreement/ contract/ schedule, pest control program, etc. •Must report to the client respective department and coordinate the activities prior performing the duties, and if there are any concern/complaints which need to be prioritize and address prior to the scheduled activities. •Follows the standard servicing and safety procedures, work instructions on doing pest control and guidelines while working with pesticides and pest control equipment. •Wears proper working uniform, protective devices/personal protective equipment and proof of identification (company ID) while on duty; •Conducts thorough inspection, effective treatment and self-inspection after service, about the servicing checklist in order to gain customer’s confidence in Pest Science’s Services; •Service Technician required to fulfill all servicing monitoring forms (i.e. Service Acknowledgement Report) all details must be filled up (i.e. Client Name, Address, Date of Service, Area/Location, Time IN/OUT, Activities, Chemical Used, Dilution, Amt. Consumed, Acknowledged by, Remarks, Findings, Recommendations, Serviced by) and Clients or Process owner in the area must acknowledge the activities by indicating /affixing his/her name with signature. •Properly coordinate with other departments or sections before and after conducting an effective pest management of pest inside the facility’s covered premises (e.g. housekeeping, janitorial, stewarding, and engineering and maintenance department, environmental services, etc.); and give them a report/feedback for any sanitation and structure issues observed during the thorough inspection. •Provide on-site recommendations reflected on the Service Acknowledgement Report (i.e. Findings and Recommendation), take photos while inspecting the area and send to the assigned supervisor. •Complete summary report for the given period shall be submitted to the Assigned Supervisor on or before the agreed date & time. •Ensures availability of materials for servicing at the project site/station – pesticides, other chemicals, items for the needed service, pest control equipment and other servicing machines. •Uses and maintains pest control equipment with ownership, diligence, effectively and efficiently utilize pesticide/insecticide or other related duties as instructed by the immediate superior/superiors from time to time. Regularly documents work-related issues, findings and concern that need to be addressed or acted on partnership with the Client; •Requesting of budgeted chemical to the office on a twice a month basis and make sure to return the empty bottles and place to the proper or designated area/location; Service Acknowledgement Report Form should be requested before the whole booklet consumed. Any additional request of chemical and swatter must be recorded to the request form from sales department. •Submits self to regular/ (periodic) meetings and learning exercises of the Operations-Service Department; •Must undergo to training and guidance by Supervisor.
