We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to connect organizations with the right training solutions. This is an opportunity for someone who is results-driven, skilled in business development, and looking to grow within a flexible, commission-based role.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, HR solutions, or professional services.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Ability to identify corporate training needs and present tailored solutions.

✔ Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

What We Offer

1. Performance-Based Earnings

✔ 5% commission on deals between $40,000 and $80,000

✔ 10% commission on deals between $90,000 and $150,000

✔ 15% commission on deals between $160,000 and $250,000

✔ Additional 5% commission for repeat business from the same company

✔ High-performing sales consultants may be considered for partnership opportunities.
