Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing calls, taking messages, and providing general information to callers.

Job Responsibility:
1. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
2. Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly.
3. Provide information to callers in a courteous and professional manner.
4. Keep records of calls and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
5. Handle multiple phone lines and transfer calls efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system.
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
