📌 Base Commission:

• $0 – $5,000 Sales → 15% Commission

• $5,000 – $10,000 Sales → 17.5% Commission

• $10,000 – $15,000 Sales → 20% Commission

• $15,000 – $20,000 Sales → 22.5% Commission

• $20,000+ Sales → 25% Commission

📌 Monthly Retainer & Performance Bonuses:

• $800 Retainer for reaching $5,000 in monthly sales.

• $1,000 Retainer for reaching $10,000 in monthly sales.

• $1,200 Retainer for reaching $15,000 in monthly sales.

• $1,500 Retainer for reaching $20,000 in monthly sales.

• $1,000 Bonus for every additional $5,000 in sales beyond $20,000.

🔹 Commission is paid in one installment when the client makes the final payment (typically within 15 days of invoice).
