We are looking for highly motivated HR Officers / Senior HR Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, policies, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll while ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely submission.
- Maintain and update the HR ERP system and employee records.
- Manage attendance, leaves, sick leaves, etc. records in accordance with company policy.
- Collect and verify daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, indemnities, and final settlements.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, additions, and deductions.
- Manage the employee offboarding process, including final settlements and exit formalities.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, supporting in screening CVs, and facilitating onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and continuously improving grading salary structures, HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and guidelines.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations cases, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions, and conduct investigations.
- Conduct audits to ensure HR policies are being adhered to.
