[ Job Title: Electronics Showroom In-Charge

[ Job Responsibilities:

[ Showroom Management:

[ Oversee the daily operations of the electronics showroom to ensure smooth functioning.

[ Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display to showcase products effectively.

[ Ensure products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced according to company guidelines.

[ Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the inventory team to replenish stock as needed.

[ Customer Service & Sales:

[ Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, demonstrating products, and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions.

[ Achieve sales targets and encourage upselling/cross-selling of products.

[ Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.

[ Team Supervision:

[ Supervise and manage showroom staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance.

[ Ensure employees follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety guidelines.

[ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.

[ Stock Management:

[ Regularly audit showroom stock and ensure accurate stock records.

[ Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries.

[ Monitor the condition of products and manage display maintenance, ensuring all electronics are operational and in top

[ Visual Merchandising:

[ Ensure the showroom is clean, visually appealing, and displays products effectively to attract customers.

[ Update and refresh displays in line with promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends.

[ Sales Reporting & Analysis:

[ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.

[ Collaborate with the management team to create sales strategies and promotions.

[ Marketing and Promotion:

[ Support marketing initiatives such as sales events, product launches, and special promotions within the showroom.

[ Ensure promotional materials (e.g., banners, flyers) are visible and aligned with marketing campaigns.

[ Health & Safety Compliance:

[ Ensure the showroom complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.

[ Regularly inspect the showroom for any potential hazards or safety risks and address them promptly.

[ Customer Feedback & Improvement:

[ Collect customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.

[ Actively work on improving customer loyalty and showroom reputation.

[ Administrative Duties:

[ Handle showroom-related administrative tasks, including managing employee schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

[ Prepare and submit regular reports to the senior management on sales, inventory, and overall showroom performance.
