Key Responsibilities:
- Research Leadership: Design, plan, and execute high-quality research projects in alignment with company goals.

Requirements:
- Education: PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of research experience in academia, industry, or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of published research in reputable scientific journals.
- Experience in securing and managing research grants is a plus.
