Front Office Receptionist – Trans Auto Rental

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist & Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation requests, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle transportation bookings and coordinate with drivers.

• Manage phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.

• Maintain records of transportation requests and schedules.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

• Assist in administrative and office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken English (Arabic is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, emails, and booking systems).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
