- تجهيز عقود المقاولين وأوامر الشراء وكل الأمور التعاقدية الخاصة بالمقاولين.
- مراجعة العقود الرئيسية الخاصة بالمالك.
- مراجعة العقود وحساب المخاطر بعقود المفاوضات.
- إعداد كراسات الشروط والمواصفات للمشروعات التى يقوم بها الاستشارى بعمل التصاميم الخاصة بها.
- إعداد كراسات الشروط والمواصفات للمشروعات التى لم يتم تكليف إستشارى بوضع تصاميم لها.
- إعداد كافة الملاحق لكراسات الشروط والمواصفات المعلن عنها والردود على إستفسارات المتنافسين المتعلقة بهذه المشاريع وذلك لتقديم الايضاحات بشانها.
- متابعة المراحل المختلفة للمشروع بدءا من مرحلة إعداد مستندات العقد (الشروط والمواصفات) الاعلان ،التحليل الفنى , الترسية , وحتى مرحلة تسليم الموقع للمشروع.
- متابعة المراحل المختلفة لعقود التصميمات والدراسات الإستشارية والتاكد من إلتزام الاستشارى أو المصمم بالجدول الزمنى للدراسة.
