Project Manager – Touristic Investment & Hospitality Development – Sharm Dreams Group

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage tourism and hospitality development projects, including hotels, resorts, entertainment facilities, and other touristic investments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that align with investment goals while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for hospitality and tourism-related developments.
• Oversee all phases of construction and development, from feasibility studies to project completion.
• Collaborate with investors, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and adjust timelines as necessary.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Manage procurement and contracts for construction materials, interior design, and operational needs.
• Coordinate with hotel operators and tourism authorities to ensure successful project handover.
• Ensure that the final project meets the highest standards of quality, guest experience, and sustainability.
