• إعداد ومعالجة الفواتير والمدفوعات والإيصالات.
• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات المالية.
• الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمعاملات المالية.
• إدارة الشؤون المالية للمكتب.
• إجراء تسويات الحساب العادية.
• إنشاء البيانات والتقارير المالية.
• التعاون مع المراجعين الخارجيين أثناء عمليات التدقيق.
• ضمان الامتثال للوائح والسياسات المالية.
