Events Co-ordinator – Connecting Minds HR Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute exceptional community events for property developers, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
• Plan and organize events that enhance the sense of community among residents and potential buyers, such as open houses, community-building activities, and property launch events.
• Collaborate with property developers to create event concepts that align with branding and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate credit terms and manage strong relationships with vendors, ensuring the best value for services and products.
• Manage the logistics of events, including securing venues, coordinating catering, arranging transportation, and ensuring all event materials are available.
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including developers, residents, suppliers, and other partners, to ensure smooth communication and alignment of event objectives.
• Ensure adherence to event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates on event expenditures to management.
• Handle weekend events and ensure their successful execution, ensuring all teams are in place and events run smoothly.
• Monitor event feedback from participants and provide recommendations for improvements in future events.
• Develop and implement strategies for community engagement before, during, and after events to build lasting relationships.
• Oversee event marketing efforts, including digital promotion, flyers, social media, and email campaigns.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to create post-event reports that outline key outcomes, attendee engagement, and ROI for developers.
