Job Summary:
As an ITOfficer, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Job Responsibility:
– Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems.
– Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely IT support to all staff members.
– Implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s data and systems.
– Collaborating with other departments to understand their IT needs and providing solutions to enhance efficiency.
– Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends and recommending upgrades or new systems to improve the organization’s IT capabilities.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
– Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
