Copilot Agent Developer at Empathy Technologies
We are looking for a Copilot Agent Developer to join our innovation team. You’ll build intelligent, task-driven AI agents that automate workflows and make work easier using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and low-code bots.
What You’ll Do:
- Design agents with Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint/Excel/Dataverse.
- Implement bots for tasks like HR requests, CRM updates, and employee onboarding.
- Optimize agent performance and collaborate on client calls.
- Work with designers to create assets and brochures.
Must Know:
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and SharePoint/Excel.
- Ability to integrate APIs and design conversational flows.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Power Platform, Teams, and client communication.
