3. تحديث وصيانة أنظمة الكمبيوتر .
4. تدريب المستخدمين على استخدام البرمجيات والتطبيقات الجديدة.
5. تطوير وثائق الدعم الفني وإعداد تقارير عن المشكلات المتكررة.
6. التعاون مع فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتحسين خدمات الدعم الفني.
7. تقديم اقتراحات لتحسين العمليات والإجراءات الحالية.
