Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of construction projects from design documentation to on-site execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and possess a solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and revise shop drawings to ensure accurate and constructible designs.
- Develop and update as-built drawings to reflect final site conditions.
- Manage and oversee architectural and engineering aspects of site work, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders on technical matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Contribute to the design development process under the guidance of senior architects and engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
