Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing a positive first impression to guests and assisting with various administrative tasks in a professional and friendly manner.
Job Responsibility:
1. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon their arrival.
2. Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
3. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all payment information is accurate and up to date.
4. Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments effectively.
5. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
6. Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay.
7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
8. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in using hotel management software.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
