The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting Leads into Clients.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
Coordinate with team to organize meetings with prospects.
Data entry in various platforms.
Qualifications

At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
COVID-19 considerations:
All Staff is required to wear a mask.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
Arabic (Preferred)
