A leading law firm in Dubai is looking for a receptionist for the Ajman office. (Female only / Filipina preffered)
Job Description
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for housephone and console operation.
• Screening and directing phone calls as well as opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, memos and all other correspondence.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Refill supplies in office area.
• Supports Office coordinator on daily operation.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
