Overview of the role:

Responsible for developing a ‘one window customer management’ approach for the governmental and fleet customers and manage such key accounts with a holistic AFG viewpoint.
Maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the business with responsibility for achieving the B2B parts, tyres and batteries business objectives for the Government and Fleet division as well as stakeholder management. Manage the Sales Support/invoicing team and ensure a reliable invoicing and archiving by following the SOP’s.
 

What you will do:

•    Create sales strategy for Al-Futtaim Automotive for government & fleet customers for OEM, OES parts, batteries and Tyres
•    Planning of annual budgets for Al-Futtaim Automotive for the Government & Fleet, ensuring achievement of annual budget and profits target 
•    Develop plans for his customers to maximise the revenue potential from Al-Futtaim Automotive B2B operations to meet sales performance objectives. 
•    Manage the sales team and the Governmental and Fleet customer relationship, understanding needs and requirements to anticipate potential and enhance stakeholders relationship by offering parts and service related Solutions
•    Work together with business functions to provide the customers with a wide product and service offering of Al-Futtaim
•    Responsible to deliver product / solution to customer while working with Brand B2B teams, and also reinforce relations by brining expert advice to discussions.
•    Responsible to deliver parts, tyres and batteries volume, mix and margin by generating new business and expanding current existing business.
•    Prepare regular reports, regular initiatives, and data to showcase progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
•    Analysing client data / info and identifying buying patterns to propose better alternatives within the business product range. 
•    Assure Customer Complaints are handled properly.
•    Collect market data and competitor information of sales volumes, marketing activities, level of service customization. 
 

Required skills to be successful:

  • Automotive Spare parts knowledge
  • Abilities to handle sales activities of parts, tyres and batteries sales to Government and Fleet (B2B). 
  • Expected leadership skills to lead and work well with the team
  • Customer Orientated and Business Development 

 

About The Team:

The role will report to the Head of Wholesales and you will be managing a team of Field Sales Executives.
