What you will do

 

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate impact planning and action planning workshops that enables improving engagement survey results
  • Conduct regular employee surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to assess employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze employee engagement data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and recommend appropriate actions to address them.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning and development sessions to enhance employee engagement and professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and research in employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management, and apply them to the organization’s programs and initiatives.

 

Partnership Strategy

  • Partner in the execution of Talent identification and succession planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and wellness programs.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and team leads on effective leadership practices, team building, and employee engagement strategies.

 

Required skills to be successful

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of best practices and trends in employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional certifications in employee engagement, talent management, or related fields (e.g., CEE, SHRM-SCP, etc.) are preferred.

 

 

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, programs, and strategies.
