What you’ll be doing

  • You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews 
  • Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach 
  • Provide pre-buying feedback on products 
  • Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture 
  • Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs) 
  • Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement) 
  • Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy thouthrough activities and interactions with customers and other team members

  • Prepare and process e-commerce orders’ fulfilment from the store within the set SLAs in terms of time and quality.

  • Maintain all operating standards as per the brand’s VM guidelines and SOP’s.

What you’ll need to succeed  

  • Strong experience in the Retail Luxury Jewellery industry in UAE.
  • Excellent clienteling skills and hold a solid client database.
  • Dynamic and positive personality traits.
  • Strong English communication skills. 
  • Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin speaking skills would be a plus.
