To achieve sales targets on units (new &amp; CPOV – Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&amp;I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.</p>

<li>Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured “one offer” journey</li>
<li>Achieve the set Trade-ins</li>
<li>Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&amp;I) product sales targets</li>
<li>Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) </li>
<li>Lead management (Telephone/Web/Walk-in enquiries)</li>
<li>Capture customer data (test drive, ID, email address, etc.)</li>
<li>Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements </li>
<li>Ensure knowledge of competition activities to be able to counter customer arguments </li>

<li>Experience working within the automotive Retail &amp; SME industry often have to work extended hours most evenings and weekends to achieve their targets</li>

<li>Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices</li>
<li>Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products</li>
