Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Gym Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, thrive under pressure, and be ready to work in shifts. Preference will be given to female candidates, and having trainer experience is a strong advantage.

– Greet and assist members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, membership inquiries, and handling phone calls.
– Drive membership sales by promoting our services, packages, and promotions.
– Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with prospective members.
– Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
– Schedule appointments, classes, and personal training sessions.
– Address member concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
– Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
– Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym management software is a plus.
– Certification or experience as a fitness trainer is an added advantage.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or fitness is a plus.
