• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Analyze reconciling bank statements, and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.

• تنفيذ الإجراءات المالية والمحاسبية المعتمدة
• الرقابة على المستندات الصادرة والواردة إلى إدارة الحسابات، والتأكد من صحتها ومن احتوائها على التوقيعات اللازم
• التسجيل والاحتفاظ بالمستندات المحاسبية اللازمة
• إعداد كشوفات التسوية الخاصة بالبنوك شهريا وإظهار الفروقات (إن وجدت) وعمل قيود التسوية اللازمة
• إعداد موازين المراجعة والتقارير المالية الدورية
• تسجيل العمليات في حسابات الذمم الدائنة وإصدار أوامر الدفع الخاصة بها في الأوقات المحددة طبقا لماصفات الشركه
• تحضير جداول الرواتب والأجور الخاصة بالموظفين والتأكد من صحة تحضير هذه الجداول
• التبليغ عن أي مخالفة للسياسة المالية أو للإجراءات المالية المطبقة من قبل الدوائر والأقسام المختلفة أو عن أي انحراف يظهر في البيانات المالية الدورية.
• توفير كافة المعلومات والإيضاحات التي تتطلب
• الاطلاع على العقد المبرم بين الشركة وبين العميل ومراجعة شروط الدفع والضمانات واي شروط اخرى وحفظ العقد بالملفات
• متابعة فتح ملف التأمينات وسداد نسبة التأمينات الخاصة بالعقد
• متابعة التحصيل النقدي أو الشيك الخاص بالمستخلص المقدم ومراجعة الاستقطاعات على الشيك من (تأمينات وضرائب وغرامات والخ) والتأكد من نسبة ضرائب القيمة المضافة على المقاولات سواء كانت توريد او تركيب / ايجار معدات 
• عمل قيد يومية عامة يدوي وادخاله على اليومية بقيمة المستخلص والاستقطاعات في حالة وجود استقطاعات تسجيل المستخلص على اليومية الامريكية والمساعدين
• عمل قيود التسوية الازمة لإثبات الضرائب والاستقطاعات يدوي او من خلال برنامج
