We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Female Accountant/Secretary. This position is in the Oil & Energy industry, where you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team.

As a Female Accountant/Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of the organization, as well as providing administrative support to the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, as well as maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, including tracking expenses and analyzing variances
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits and expenses
• Handle correspondence and communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes

• Your role as an Accounting Manager will entail taking charge of the month-end and year-end closing procedures, which includes preparing financial statements and collaborating with external auditors to ensure the transparency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Your role extends to strategic financial planning, where you will assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and efficiency enhancements, and collaborate in the formulation and execution of financial strategies that align with the company’s mission as an Accounting Manager.
