Job Responsibilities:

Verify expense reimbursement with supporting documents and ensure that they are in accordance with the policies and procedures either physical documents or through a digital system.
Review and verify supplier payments with supporting invoices, LPOs, etc.
Review operator, owning company and government payments with supporting documents and ensure it met the deadline.
Conduct cash float counting of all house fund holders on a monthly basis and prepare a monthly float count summary.
Review the daily general cashier report and ensure it is fully approved within 48 hours.
Review monthly up-selling documents.
Review the documents related to credit card refunds / Bank transfer refunds within 24 hours from the submission date to finance.
Validate daily F&B cross posting between properties.
To handle and coordinate internal audits and to be the champion for all departments and also to be in charge of all external audits.
To replace income auditor, Paymaster, Accounts payable and general cashier during their annual leaves.
To review balance sheet documents and month end closing.

Overview of the role:

GL review and reconciliation of accounts and ensuring data accuracy

What you will do:

Responsdible for:

<ul>
<li>Monthly GL review and reconciliation of GL accounts for monthly balance Sheet Substantiation (BSS)</li>
<li>Support senior staff for monthly and annual books closing process.</li>
<li>Prepare of Journal Entries and Finalization of Accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare management reports.</li>
<li>Support in conducting internal and external audits</li>
<li>Assist team member for Revenue and Cost booking</li>
</ul>
