Required Document Controller cum Secretary

looking to hire a Document Controller equipped with at least a year of experience in Engineering Consultancy or Contracting companies.

Key duties and tasks for this position include, but are not limited to:

Manage and monitor the use of various form setups among team members
Ensure all documentation is controlled in accordance with the company’s procedures for document control
Process, control and administer incoming and outgoing documents (correspondences, submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, etc.)
Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
Drive improvement to document control processes and procedures
Follow up and expedite priority items with relevant managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors
Maintain and examine files before releasing blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments.
