Plastic Factory Manager – Multifab

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise the entire operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage the plant’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial health and operational efficiency. Implement cost-saving measures and budget management strategies.
• Sales Performance: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to monitor sales performance, identify market trends, and adjust production plans accordingly to meet sales targets and customer demand.
• Quality Control: Ensure the production of high-quality plastic products by implementing strict quality control measures and continuous improvement processes.
• Human Resources Management: Oversee the HR functions within the plant, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Supply Chain follow ups: Approve orders for raw materials and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
