Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Visitor and Client Management:
Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and inform relevant staff of their arrival.
Handle client inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department.
Ensure a professional and clean front office area at all times.
Appointment Scheduling:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Designer who is fluent in Filipino and English and some Arabic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen design, consultation, and sales. They must be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy, capable of managing projects independently and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and functional kitchen layouts that meet clients’ needs and preferences.
- Provide expert consultation to clients, guiding them through the design and selection process.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate these into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for kitchen installations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of kitchen design trends, materials, and products.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety and building regulations.
