• Oversee all reservations, payment and tracking procedures, established for the Spa facilities as required • Create a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere • Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels before and after use • Promote all activities and services that are offered within the Spa • Post charges in micros that may incurred by guests and carry out correct accounting procedures • Periodically check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities • Ensure all the reception area is tidy and clean and that all materials e.g. towels, newspapers, magazines and advertising material is readily available • Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Ensure smooth office operations and oversee maintenance, including pest control, plant care, and electrical/plumbing services.
